Solugen

Solugen uses engineered enzymes (chemienzymatic processes) rather than whole cells to convert plant-derived sugars into commodity chemicals at industrial scale. Their Bioforge manufacturing facility in Houston produces bio-based hydrogen peroxide, glucaric acid, and other chemicals that replace petroleum-derived equivalents at competitive cost.
